In 2012, the company became a high-tech enterprise, with a provincial technology center and a provincial high-tech enterprise research and development center. The company has successively cooperated with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Donghua University to develop new types of imitation ecological fibers and continuously develop high-end products.
As of the end of 2022, the total number of patents authorized for Welong New Material is more than 59, invention patents account for more than 8%, and an average of 5 new utility model patent applications are added every year, providing strong support for green polyester fiber.
As a member of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, Welong New Material actively responds to the implementation of the national "dual carbon" goal strategy, independently plans and designs the top modern precision workshop in China to ensure the cleanliness, stability, safety and efficiency of polyester colored yarn in the production process.
Our company also established the development of high-end mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing industry as a new industrial development direction, especially in the direction of robot application, the establishment of a perfect intelligent storage system, the construction of "unmanned factory".
